He is adventurous, philosophical, and thoughtful. Moominpappa writes memoirs of his youth, and often tells stories to other Moominvalley residents. Moominpappa is always wearing his tophat and holding his walking cane. He is often seen smoking his pipe on the Moominhouse porch. Eco plushies are made from RPET recycled bottles, and their filling is made from recycled materials. The material used can be recycled again!
