In the backstory of the Fillyjonk Grey bowl from the Moomin Classics Collection, a psychiatrist manages to "cure" Mrs Fillyjonk’s cleaning complex, but not for long. Moominmamma tricks Mrs Fillyjonk into expecting visitors, which restores Mrs Fillyjonk's love of cleaning.
